About the RoleAs aChef at Ventia, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef with the daily operations of Defence mess facilities. This includes preparing and delivering routine meals and catering for mess functions. You will ensure food safety standards are upheld, contribute to inventory and stock control, and maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Your work will directly support Defence Force personnel and contribute to the success of essential services.

This is a full-time role based on the beautiful HMAS Cerberus Defence Site in Mornington.

You bring :
