About The Role
The Fleet Services Team is part of Council’s Asset Management Branch. The role in Fleet Services is to provide specialised senior contract administration services to drive high performing contracted services in relation to Fleet Contracts and Administration while leading the Fleet Administration Team on the establishment of systems, practices and work instructions contributing to development of the team environment.
We are looking for a candidate who is a great team fit and will contribute positively to Council’s Fleet Services Team,
Key Responsibilities Will Include
About You
As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree such as a Bachelor of Business, Business Administration and substantial relevant experience or equivalent.
You will have senior contracts administration knowledge and experience of Procurement and Contract Management strategies / processes for the initiation, negotiation and establishment of and administration of a range of contracted agreements.
Pivotal to this position is your highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with particular emphasis in the areas of building effective relationships, consultation, negotiation, conflict resolution and assertiveness in order to resolve issues and meet changing organisational needs.
You will have strong leadership skills and experience with demonstrated commitment to establishing and maintaining standards of compliance to organisational Policies and Procedures and ability to promote an organisational culture reflective of Council’s corporate value.
