  • Ability to read engineering drawings (preferred)

  • The ability to show initiative and display problem-solving skills
  • Purchasing experience (desirable)
  • Demonstration of organised multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn new systems
  • The Role
  • Overall assist clients in their product service deliverables
  • Develop close partnerships with clients in order to gain repeat business and expand existing business with them
  • Prepare quotations on refurbishment projects in line with pricing policies
  • Obtain pricing, place orders, and expedite parts and sundry items through Schenck Process purchasing procedures
  • Compile Manufacturing Data Records for quality control review and client submission
  • Track sales revenue and margin profits for refurbishment projects
  • Actively seek out opportunities for new refurbishment work through frequent client contact
  • Negotiate vendor workloads to accommodate client's requests working to achieve client requirements
