As the Strategic Workforce Planning Lead you will manage the development and implementation of the Women's strategic workforce planning framework and processes. This includes developing strategies to build the workforce required to meet emerging and future needs, and using environmental scans, workforce data and analytics to help inform actions to address workforce challenges and support organisational decision making.
