Area Manager

The Area Manager – will be accountable for :

Delivery of high-quality Return to Work services. Provision of clinical supervision to Rehabilitation Consultants, clinical file reviews, measurement of KPI's, the monitoring and management of compliance, policies, and procedures. Promoting and marketing of the Acumen Health QLD regionCustomer Service. Building and growing the customer pipeline and referrals, as well as maintaining existing panel performance through key metricsPeople leadership. Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. Provide ongoing coaching and opportunities for employees ongoing learning and development. Fostering and promoting an engaged, positive team culture where successes are celebrated, and work-life-balance is encouragedFinancials. What will make you successful : Degree qualified in an allied health disciplineOccupational Rehabilitation or experience in a similar industryStrong business acumen with demonstrable experience managing geographical territories.
