• SELECTION CRITERIA
• Possessing over 2 years of experience as a leader, successfully guiding teams in delivering program services.
• Meeting eligibility requirements for entry into New South Wales (NSW) prisons.
• Demonstrating robust experience in delivering evidence-based counseling, such as Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, tailored to individual client needs.
• Embracing a contemporary approach to supporting individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse challenges or other complex issues.
• Proficient in handling challenging clients and intricate situations, particularly within AOD and / or forensic domains, including conducting clinical supervision and performance counseling sessions.
