• Key Responsibilities
• Lead the adoption of the procurement system across the organisation.
• Draft and communicate new policies and procedures related to the procurement process.
• Develop training modules to facilitate the seamless onboarding of future staff.
• Collaborate with PowerBI specialists to refine procurement reports.
• Provide project administration support, including the development of implementation and growth plans.
• Skills, Experience and Qualifications
• Prior experience in procurement operations.
• Familiarity with procurement systems, such as SAP Ariba, or Coupa.
• Ability to understand and articulate procurement-related terminology and concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
• Systems savvy.
