Job Description – Joiner (Fire Door Installation) We are currently recruiting for a skilledJoiner to carry outfire door installations on a live project. This role is ideal for someone with strong 2nd fix experience and attention to detail.

Position Details : Job Title : Joiner (Fire Door Installer)

Pay Rate : £23.00 per hour (CIS)

Location : Tamworth

Start Date : ASAP

Card Requirement : CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card essential Key Duties & Responsibilities : Installingfire doors to current fire safety regulations

Fitting door frames, linings, architraves, and ironmongery (hinges, locks, closers, etc.)

Ensuring all fire doors are installed plumb, level, and in line with manufacturer guidelines

Carrying out remedial work or adjustments on existing doors as required

Accurately measuring, cutting, and trimming to achieve a precise fit

Reading and working from technical drawings and schedules

Ensuring compliance withfire safety and building regulations Liaising with site managers and other trades as needed

Maintaining a safe and tidy working area

Following all sitehealth & safety procedures Requirements : Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card – essential

Proven experience fitting fire doors to a high standard

Own tools andfull PPE

Knowledge of fire safety regulations relating to door installation

Attention to detail and ability to work independently
