Advanced Leadership And Management Trainer

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer / Assessor to deliver the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB60420).

• Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and compliant training for the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, both in-class and via blended learning
• Assess students' work according to the principles of assessment and rules of evidence
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in line with RTO and ASQA requirements
• Support and guide students throughout their learning journey
• Participate in validation and moderation activities
• Liaise with administration and compliance teams to ensure smooth delivery of courses
• Essential Requirements
• Current
• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• or equivalent)
• Relevant qualifications and industry experience in commercial cookery and hospitality.
• Strong understanding of training packages and competency-based assessment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work across different training delivery modes.
• Current Working with Children's Check (or ability to obtain).
• Desirable
• Previous experience delivering to international students (CRICOS)
• Familiarity with aXcelerate or similar student management systems
• Ability to deliver in a classroom setting in Sydney City.
• Work Location : In-person (Bankstown & Sydney City)_
