Disability Support Worker - Female

Job descriptionKey Responsibilities Domestic Assistance Perform tasks such as housework, laundry, and meal preparation to ensure a comfortable and well-maintained living environment for clients. Community Participation Transport clients to shopping, medical appointments, social activities, and other community engagements as needed. Personal Care Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and other daily living activities, respecting their dignity and preferences. Engage in Social activities Work with the client to help them build independence, be their friend, and help them to engage in their hobbies. Essential Criteria NDIS Worker Check National Police Check (NPC) Working with Children Check First Aid + CPR Certificate Valid Working Rights in Australia Current Driver's License and reliable, insured vehicle Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the disability support sector Key Attributes Mature, compassionate, and dedicated approach to care Exceptional verbal, written communication, and listening skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Reliable, punctual, and strong problem-solving abilities Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of individual clients How to Apply
