Position : Peoplesoft HRMS Consultant
Location : Canberra
- Key Responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS, Global Payroll (Core and Australian Extension) and Absence Management, with a strong understanding of Payroll business processes and legislative requirements for Australian Payrolls
- Experience with Rules Writing, Configuration, Processing, Enhancement Design, Testing, Troubleshooting and Support for Global Payroll and Absence Management
- Experience with writing functional specifications and liaising with technical and test resources
- Detailed understanding of testing requirements, including regression testing, interpreting Global Payroll inputs and outputs
- SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting activities
- Experience in Global Payroll implementations for complex and bespoke pay and conditions policy
- Experience in multi-company implementations, and Rules Writing and Configuration to cater for multiple entities
- Additional mandatory requirements
- Citizen of Australia
- Having a minimum of baseline security clearance. Sometimes depending on the project need, there will be an ask for NV1 security clearance
- Experience above 10yrs
