- Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing a high level of customer service to Trade clients
- Driving sales and cultivating growth by prospecting (through customer research, networking) and tailored outreach.
- Respond to trade inquiries in a prompt manner - Generate quotes / orders.
- Troubleshooting and claims.
- Assist the Account Manager with hosting in-showroom presentations, managing sample loans, library inventory, and orders.
- Database and customer code upkeep.
- Organise sampling in / out.
- Skills and Experience
- Relevant experience managing clientele in a sales or customer service role.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in line with Armadillo brand values.
- Confidence to develop and maintain specialist knowledge of all Armadillo products.
- Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and driving business KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to network and build relationships with key clientele.
- Passion for design, interiors, and architecture, with experience in these fields, is highly regarded.
- Tertiary education in a relevant field is also highly desirable.
