What's the role?During the early launch phase, a core function will be to proactively monitor the performance and optimisation of customer self-serve campaigns, helping to improve Platform technology and knowledge (i.e. creating FAQs)Lead the optimisation of programmatic, social and search campaigns for key advertisersEnsure full delivery and performance standards of advertising campaigns are metAdhere to appropriate SLA'sInform business initiatives to improve and innovate the customer experience and performance of the platformRespond to triaged campaign-related queries.
