You will work independently as a contractor with the support of our established framework and resources.

Your Role :

• Provide expert coaching to clients guiding them on their personal and leadership development journeys.
• Utilize our proven methodologies and tools to facilitate growth and change.
• Build strong relationships with clients fostering trust and providing ongoing support.
• Engage in weekly online training and development with our global community.
• Use social media to connect with potential clients and share your expertise (training provided).
• Conduct client intake and assessment sessions
