The Role : This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Civil Estimator to join a dynamic and fast-growing business. Based in Caboolture , you will be responsible for accurately estimating costs for civil and structural projects , managing procurement, and assisting in the preparation of tender documentation. You will be mentored by the best in the business, gaining  exposure to a wide range of civil projects and the opportunity to contribute to the company's ongoing success.

The Person : The ideal candidate will have tertiary or trade qualifications in Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Project / Construction Management , along with prior experience in the civil construction industry . Previous experience as a Civil Estimator within mid-tier contractors in NSW, QLD, or NT will be highly regarded. Strong project planning skills, proficiency in MS Project , and a keen eye for detail are essential. Most importantly, you will be a motivated, solutions-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business.
