As our Assistant Manager, you will be leading our Front Office operations each shift. You'll drive team engagement, people management, guest feedback & problem resolution, brand & cleanliness standards. In the absence of senior leadership or the General Manager, you hold the keys. This is a busy and varied role with connection to all departments across the Hotel.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role or a management role within a service industry (_luxury experience highly regarded_).Exceptional communication skills and a service excellence approach.Ability & desire to train, coach and develop Front Office hotel professionals.Problem solving superstar.Excellent personal grooming and presentation.Strong organisational skills.Thriving under pressure, if an emergency comes up, you remain in control and support the team to get through it.First Aid and RSA qualified, or willing to get certified if you are successful.Additional Information
