With our plans set for further expansion, now is an exciting time to become part of the Perfect family.As a pivotal member of the team, you will work closely with team members across the organisation to develop and produce content that tells compelling stories, showcases services, and drives brand awareness, engagement, and activation. You will be responsible for spearheading high-quality graphic design projects - contributing to high-impact marketing campaigns that help deliver results and grow our client base.
You will :
- coordinate, manage, develop, edit and publish marketing collateral across a range of print and digital channels to promote services and programs to our clients, Describing our extensive service range in a way that everyone can understand, clearly seeing the value we offer and deliver.
- This includes attending multiple of our ongoing projects in Sydney and greater NSW.
- Capturing Photos & videos of our team members and the services we provide.
- Ensure our brand guidelines and writing style conventions are followed effectively, managing day-to-day website updates and content publishing.
- Work closely with our marketing specialist to develop and manage the production of creative multimedia assets, whilst collating and communicating relevant information to support content marketing objectives, including creative brief development, copywriting, and scriptwriting.
This role requires a person with exceptional initiative, who is structured, organised, works efficiently, and completes tasks at a high standard, underpinned by a strong work ethic.
You will have a knowledge of graphic design, branding and visual communication with an appreciation for digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, Social media and content being advantageous.
You are excited to develop and document systems and processes across all areas of the business. Adhering to brand guidelines to ensure that messaging is consistent with company guidelines vision / values / mission / purpose across all relevant touch points.
- 2+ years of professional hands-on experience in Digital, marketing, social media or copywriting-related role
- Experience developing and managing social media content across channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram, using tools like Facebook Business Manager, Preview
- Photography and Videography experience are highly preferred
- Experience using content management solutions
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat, Canva or similar
- Proactive, innovative can-do attitude, problem-solver
- People-oriented works well in a tight-knit team
- Great communications and organisational skills
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms ie. WordPress highly preferred
