Join the Stockland Halcyon team, you’ll be based at our Serrata site located in Burpengary East.

About the role

A great opportunity, if an experienced Labourer or working as a Leading Hand for a couple of years and looking for further experience in residential construction.

Reporting to the Senior Leading Hand and Site Supervisor, this is a permanent, full time position, Monday - Friday.

• Completing any scope gap jobs from other trades in preparation for client handover, this can include paint touch ups, basic carpentry and plastering
• Conducting QA inspections on homes and creating lists to be sent out to trades and contractors
• Organising materials from delivery and allocating where they should be
• Liaising with contractors onsite
• Performing house and site clean ups
