Healthstyles Clinic is seeking another dedicated Social Worker / Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Tasmanian owned and operated team! Our team of BSPs, psychologists and administrators have been working with the Tasmanian community for nearly 30 years. We're on the ground and able to be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of our participants.

What is the role?

We are seeking a practitioner to provide general therapy and Positive Behaviour Support to our participants. Working full time or part time with a range of stakeholders, we develop specialised plans and identify strategies to improve communication skills and quality of life for our participants.

• Work with a variety of stakeholders to understand participant's situations and assist them to develop skills and strategies
• Conduct functional behaviour observations and assessments for NDIS participants both at the clinic and out in the field
• Develop and implement evidence-based positive behaviour support plans and prepare reports in line with NDIS requirements
• Provide training for families and support services to implement plans and strategies
• Liaise with participants, staff and other stakeholders
• The successful candidate may also be able to provide other general therapy services to our participants and customers based on the qualifications and skills they bring to the role.
