We're looking for a driven people leader who has a keen eye for detail and is passionate about inventory management and stock control. • Help build a culture that is centred around people development and create excitement about inventory control and stock movement
• Create team succession plans and deliver regular training to store team to inspire them to continuously improve
• Elevate your team through regular coaching and mentoring and empower them to be self sufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels
• Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to achieve maximum revenue growth
• Create an environment that enables team to come as they are, because you know that diversity is the magic that makes good culture
