Job Description

Our comprehensive 9-12 month initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.

Responsibilities :

• Assist operation activities—including Planned Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Routine Inspection, Proactive Maintenance, Warranty Management, and User Requests—executed according to the Concession Agreement requirements and Company SOPs.
• Support the Sustainability Program, including Indoor Air Quality and Energy Management, ensuring contractual compliance.
• Monitor daily operations related to Complaint Work Requests, Scheduled Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Routine Inspections, and other activities, aiming to optimize costs and minimize fee deductions.
• Identify and prepare technical reports such as Technical Professional Advice, Condition Appraisal Reports, Monthly Deduction Mapping Reports, Incident Reports, Life Cycle Assessments, Benchmarking, and Electrical Drawings.
