UGC Expert | High Converting Creatives & Paid Ads for Ecommerce Blackboard Agency is looking for highly skilled content creators who know how to film engaging, high-converting content.

What You'll Do : Shoot high-retention short-form content for paid ads and organic campaigns. Work with talent to capture authentic, engaging product-focused UGC. Capture dynamic shots with smooth transitions and engaging framing. Integrate trending sounds & in-camera effects to boost engagement. Stay ahead of content trends and push creative boundaries. Who You Are : Experienced in shooting UGC content for eCommerce brands (DTC, UGC campaigns, etc.). A trend-spotter who understands evolving content styles & audience behaviour. Comfortable directing talent to get authentic, high-performing shots. Adaptable and able to iterate quickly based on performance data. The Details : Remote position (must be based in Australia).
