Mamamia are currently on the lookout for a Client Partner.
The Client Partner forms part of our SQUAD team and is the main point of contact for retainer clients and all project based work, ensuring we hit key KPIs, maintain relationships, drive revenue growth and deliver strong content.
A Client Partner is an experienced (5+ years) professional who is as comfortable with strategic thinking and creative tasks as they are with client and relationship management. They are confident and empathetic with clients, able to provide clear direction and guide each campaign through to completion.
Our Client Partner is a confident account manager and lead point of contact for retainer clients and will work day to day with clients to ensure account satisfaction, delivery of campaigns and act as a consultant and ultimately, an extension of their brand.
Day to day tasks include developing content pillars and recommendations alongside the Head of Client Partnerships, activating social strategy, leading campaign playbooks and overseeing and facilitating asset delivery to a high standard. The Client Partner will also Implement creative direction as directed by the Head of Client Partnerships, leading content calendars, managing the design team and production partners to deliver social creative assets.
This role bridges pre-sale and implementation seamlessly, ensuring every client experiences creative excellence and consistent results delivery.
