The RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Client Service Manager. Working closely with two Senior Advisors, your ability to provide excellent customer service and administrative support, whilst always putting the clients' needs first is imperative.
Your responsibilities will include
Diary managementDirect point of contact for clientsManaging workflow of outsourced processing teamOverseeing implementation of advice in line with compliance requirementsPreparation for client meetings and reviewsOngoing client managementAssist in preparation of advice for clients including quarterly review reports, valuations and performance reports, insurance renewal packs and FDS and Opt Ins.About YouPrevious experience in Financial Planning, Advice or Wealth ManagementXplan experience (highly regarded)Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage competing prioritiesStrong attention to detailThe BenefitsFlexible and inclusive work environmentQuarterly team social eventsCareer development & trainingUp to $75,000 + Super (depending on experience)If you are seeking your next career move then Stitch Recruitment has you covered - APPLY NOW!
