Manage Workflow for the Advisors and Portfolio

  • The Role
  • We are seeking a highly experienced Client Service Manager. Working closely with two Senior Advisors, your ability to provide excellent customer service and administrative support, whilst always putting the clients' needs first is imperative.

    Your responsibilities will include

  • Diary management
  • Direct point of contact for clients
  • Managing workflow of outsourced processing team
  • Overseeing implementation of advice in line with compliance requirements
  • Preparation for client meetings and reviews
  • Ongoing client management
  • Assist in preparation of advice for clients including quarterly review reports, valuations and performance reports, insurance renewal packs and FDS and Opt Ins.
  • About You
  • Previous experience in Financial Planning, Advice or Wealth Management
  • Xplan experience (highly regarded)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
