Southern Cross Care Queensland has an opportunity for a part-time Clinical Funding Officer to join the clinical team at our Karinya Residential Aged Care Home in Nanango. This role offers 32 hours per fortnight.

About the role
In this role, you will provide additional Site-Specific Clinical Funding support to our home for the Australian National Aged Care Classifications (AN- ACC classifications) with the support of the SCCQ Clinical Funding team
Working in this role your responsibilities will include :
Active involvement in admission process including but not limited to pre-screening, AN-ACC funding predictions, commencement of assessment and care plans and communication with the clinical
team.
admission screening and reclassification screening.
Manager
to complete a review, required logins and all relevant information and prepare staff for interviews as required.
If you are a Registered or Enrolled Nurse, there may be opportunities for you to pick up extra nursing shifts.
