Morgan McKinley is excited to be partnering with a well-known Financial Services Organisation to recruit a Training Lead across a Change Transformation Program!
As the Training Lead, you will design and deliver a sustainable learning strategy, in relation to people, processes and technology, for 400 internal users across an internal change transformation program.
The TeamYour role is key to the way the organisation carries out change; and sits within the Enterprise Delivery, OCM CoE (Organisational Change Management Centre of Excellence) team, reporting to the Portfolio Change Lead. The Enterprise Delivery team is charged with the transformation of the business and the end-to-end delivery of programs and projects. The Enterprise Delivery team works closely across the whole business to bring together the capabilities needed to deliver change that matters to customers and to the organisation's people.
Your responsibilities will includeComplete components of the change management methodology documentation as directed by the Change Manager as relevant to address learning and skills capability uplift for assigned initiativesComplete the day to day design, development and delivery of sustainable learning interventions for assigned initiatives including :Training Needs AnalysisTraining PlanLearning materialsOn the job support materialsDelivery of learning interventions using modern adult-learning practices and principlesDevelop and maintain positive business relationships and communication channels with others to support the achievement of a team approach and operational excellenceContribute to the risk and issue management process by identifying, reporting and managing change risks and resolving issues within capabilitiesContribute to the development of the new capabilities required through training, communication initiatives and other change management activitiesAssist to maintain and manage the training environment platformIdeal characteristics for role2 years experience as a training resource within a project environmentStrong facilitation and presentation skillsQuick learner, adaptable to changing prioritiesExcellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and facilitation skillsDegree, Diploma or Certificate qualified (or equivalent experience), preferably in a learning & development, human resources or design thinking disciplineExperience in using a digital adoption platformExperience in human centred-design, agile ways of working and modern change practices preferredFinancial services experience requiredBackground in superannuation / investment banking desirableWhat you get in returnHybrid work model - 2 days a week onsite Hawthorn East VIC + 3 days WFHCompetitive daily rateJoin at the beginning of an exciting transformation journey
