The Australian Career Advancement Institute (ACAI) is seeking a dedicated Trainer and Assessor to deliver disability support cources. This role is based in Parramatta and involves classroom instruction, workplace training, and e-learning support.

As a Trainer and Assessor at ACAI, you will :

• Provide high-quality training and assessment services to students from diverse backgrounds.
• Engage in reviews, validation, and continuous improvement of training resources and assessments.
• Stay current with industry practices to ensure relevant training.
• Support students in achieving their full potential and completing a Nationally Recognised Qualification.

• Experienced in education / training or has relevant industry experience.

• Ready to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• Key Qualifications and Skills
• Relevant and current industry experience.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Experience in training and assessing.
• Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and autonomously.
• Requirements
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Current).
• Certificate IV in Disability Support.

Pay : $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
