Job description

  • High attention to detail and meticulous planning skills
  • Comfortable with computers and proficiency with Data Entry and Inventory software.
  • Experience in customer service, within a Call Centre environment is advantageous.
  • Experience in the furniture industry is not required.
  • Duties include
  • Provide, guide and assist customers with excellent service throughout their buying journey.
  • Answering inquiries from customers and internal staff regarding delivery in a timely manner.
  • Communicate production, delivery and order updates.
  • Online Order Fulfilment
  • Coordinate and manage delivery bookings so customers receive their goods on time
  • Providing feedback on how we can continue to improve our business, brand and customer experience
