About the Role This role is a prominent role in the region responsible for cultivating and leading on the delivery of client engagements and client development initiatives. Our Principals bring industry expertise, provide thought leadership, and serve as trusted advisors to clients, responsible for driving new business development and strengthen existing client relationships, through consulting engagements with our clients.

In the Principal role, you'll be accountable for :

Leading engagement & delivery with clients on the variety of TGP's advisory project solutions. Project Pipeline, from creating interest to client proposals confirming negotiation projects as part of the client engagement process. Accountable as a leader, playing a key role in growing a sector, or specialism. Supporting Revenue, the achievement of cluster sales targets (ANZ) that roll up to our regional target (APAC). This will be through direct and indirect client and business development activities. Supporting the team, organising the resource on hand (Project Manager & Business Analyst) to exceed the expectations of our clients. Identifying opportunities for additional client work and working with Partners, Associate Partners, or Senior Managers. Contributing to TGP's collateral through writing insights, creating assets, or developing new ways of working that will aid people throughout TGP. About You You are recognised for your background and accomplishments in commercial leadership, consulting (outcome focussed) leadership roles. You lift the strategy off the page. You have a way of making complex project engagement approaches look simple to our clients. You possess and generate curiosity from your clients. You have led multiple concurrent projects acting as a project or business unit leader. You know how to manage different situations at different stages of the process. You can develop new business, spotting opportunities to grow existing clients and or bring new clients to the TGP brand with the support of the ANZ team, and wider APAC team. You can curate relationships across a variety of levels into Senior Executive & C-suite stakeholder. During projects you must be able to hold leaders accountable to making decisions as the situation calls for it. You understand our clients problems and can empathise with their situations. This allows you to build trust, getting them to be open with you. You enjoy coaching, mentoring and supporting others through their development, being able to influence effectively a wider team outside of your direct line management is valued.
