The Visual Merchandiser / Retail Sales Assistant at M.J. Bale plays a crucial role in creating an inviting and visually appealing retail environment while ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include :

• Executing visual merchandising strategies to showcase M.J. Bale products and maintain brand standards
• Creating eye-catching displays and arranging merchandise to highlight key promotions and product features
• Collaborating with the store management team to implement seasonal changes and new product launches
• Assisting customers with product selection, providing styling advice, and delivering personalized shopping experiences
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment to enhance the overall customer experience
• Supporting sales goals by actively engaging with customers, processing transactions, and contributing to a positive sales culture
• Monitoring inventory levels and participating in stock management activities as needed
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and best practices for operational excellence
• Skills and Experiences

Required skills

• Experience in visual merchandising and retail sales
• Strong understanding of customer service principles

Required experiences

• Prior experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail industry
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and KPIs
• Experience with inventory management and stock control
• Familiarity with using POS systems and basic cash handling procedures
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and build client relationships
