About the RoleCollaborate with our supportive team of Educators and participate in extensive professional development and training opportunities. This is a permanent opportunity (guaranteed minimum 37.5 hours per week) for Assistant Educators to join our team at any of our six centres :
- Nedlands
- Subiaco
- West Leederville
- North Fremantle
- North Perth
We also offer Traineeships for the Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care so you can work while you study! These roles work alongside Lead Educators and another Assistant Educator and include :
- Building meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their care givers.
- Learning and collaborating with others.
- Working 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday between the hours of 6.30am-6.00pm.
- Supported Induction and Probation Training with two Centre Managers on site at all times to provide support.

- Skills & Experience
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Education Support, or hold an ACECQA approved equivalent qualification OR studying towards an approved qualification or be willing to enrol.
- Current Working with Children Card.
- Medical Certificate confirming fitness to work with children or be willing to obtain one.
- Ability to build meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their care givers.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with others.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination certificate
