Conduct thorough investigations into standard cases of non-compliance, collecting relevant information to substantiate allegations. Complete initial assessments to decide appropriate risk mitigation strategies. - Provide high-level education to stakeholders through both written and verbal communication to achieve compliance. Identify and escalate high-risk cases through established pathways to ensure timely and appropriate action. Prepare briefs for the Queensland Police Service on standard cases of noncompliance. Perform risk management actions and quality assurance of case activities and decisions.
