Job descriptionBenefits on offer Discounts on insurance and banking products Car allowance and bonus on offer Close access to public transport Career progression About the role Compile HR data and metrics from the HRIS and payroll outputs Adhoc admin support such as contracts, HR Correspondence and update employment records Support HR projects and initiatives as required Be the main point of contact for all queries relating to time and attendance system Coordinate pay rule set up Be the point of contact on all HR systems Training business and HR team on system and processes Ensure compliance is followed (e.g. data accuracy, processes etc.) Assist with system upgrades / implementations About you A positive hands-on and can do approach The ability to work autonomously and to meet deadlines Experience in analysing complex & big data and presenting data in a simple format Advanced in Power BI Experience with HR systems Excellent written and verbal communication Requirements Willingness to undergo a National Police check and Employment Medical Experience in Power BI Sound experience in a similar role How to apply What next only suitable applicants will be contacted
