  • Our client provide Fire Protection Services and have over the last 9 years retained and grown their customer base. They currently have 6 field technicians and now require a co-ordinator to schedule the jobs and the technicians.

    To be successful in this role you will be able to carry out tasks with meticulous attention to detail, positive attitude and have a pro-active approach. You will be joining a small team of 4 people in their modern office on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

    • Responsibilities
    • Organising service jobs calendar for field technicians
    • Allocating service jobs calendar for field technicians
    • Completing pre filled Quotes
    • Time Sheets / sub contractor invoice checks
    • Weekly & Monthly reports
    • Amending Excel files and templates
    • Customer service to provide customer satisfaction
    • Loading new customers and jobs into service system
    • Skills and Experience needed
    • Trade industry background
    • Tech savvy
    • Excel and Word proficient
    • Trades service system
    • Service based business
