Job descriptionTaking an active part in all phases of the construction process Coordinate subcontractors and manage overall site performance of entire home construction process Liaising with suppliers to ensure smooth running of material deliveries, etc. Meeting and liaising with customers on site and over the phone Ensuring build quality, cost and timeline are aligned with the contracts and specifications Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Maintaining strict Occupational Health & Safety regulation Deliver projects to the highest standard of client satisfaction and quality Fostering a positive and focused culture where the core values of Quality, Integrity, Respect, Loyalty, Teamwork, and Innovation are demonstrated to all stakeholders. Updating job workflow (via Onsite Companion) daily to ensure workflow is up to date Signing off on job invoicing (via Therefore) weekly basis Updating overrun Purchase Orders on a weekly basis Pre settlement handover process Responsible for Clients Sign-off to maintenance Items Essentials Current QBCC Supervisors Licence Trade qualification in Carpentry Thorough understanding the construction process, critical inspection points, permit and WHS requirements Flexible and strong problem-solving techniques to ensure build process runs smoothly and seamlessly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal Experience with Onsite-Companion or similar construction management software Effective client and subcontractor communication and relationship building skills High attention to detail, quality of works and to finish construction to an exemplary standard Megan from Foundation Recruitment on
