Technical Lead

My client is a VC backed startup using AI to help everyday people get fair outcomes from businesses, making it faster and easier to resolve complaints without the usual back and forth or admin headaches.

They have launched their first product and are now expanding the technical team to scale the platform and deliver new features that solve real world problems for users. Backed by strong funding and a clear roadmap, they are looking for a Technical Lead to shape the next phase of their growth.

This is a hands on lead role where you will be setting the technical direction of the product, shaping the engineering culture, and will be actively involved in building and shipping new features. They want someone who enjoys building and wants to move quickly.

Requirements :

• Experience working at a startup or having built something of your own
• Strong hands on development skills using modern tools and frameworks
• Experience working with LLMs in a production environment
• Eagerness to work in a small team where you will have huge impact
• A desire to help build something meaningful

Their current stack includes AWS, Python, TypeScript, Next.js, and OpenAI.
