Manager - Asset Management Group

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced manager to join our Asset Management Group in a permanent capacity!

You will play a crucial role in the strategy of the group by managing a portfolio of high-risk commercial lending borrowers. You will be the borrowers' primary contact point and will be responsible for the negotiation and implementation of workout strategies for borrowers with SME, property development, medical / professional finance, agribusiness and equipment finance lending. You will also be responsible for ensuring appropriate loss provisions are maintained.

You'll be joining a well-established team who enjoy a hybrid working environment and put a huge emphasis on collaboration. You'll be given the autonomy to make decision and manage your own workload with the expectation you will continue to build strong internal relationships.

• About you

We are seeking an individual for this role who has had prior experience working in insolvency, credit risk or business lending, within a banking or financial services environment. Preferable you will also hold a degree in business / accounting / finance or a related discipline.
