Are you a skilled social media professional ready to elevate the digital presence of Canberra's most iconic hospitality venues? Rabble Group is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow the online profiles of our seven vibrant venues — with exciting new projects on the horizon.

This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on Rabble Group's digital presence. As our Social Media Coordinator, you will :

Develop and Implement Content Strategies : Manage a content calendar that highlights each venue's unique offerings, from events and promotions to atmosphere and signature dishes. Collaborate with Creatives : Work with professional photographers and videographers to produce high-quality, visually engaging content that aligns with our brand vision. Content Creation & Posting : Craft compelling posts, schedule them across platforms, and maintain consistency with Rabble Group's creative direction. Stakeholder Engagement : Meet regularly with venue managers to ensure alignment on upcoming campaigns and opportunities. Engage with the Community : Build and maintain a strong online presence by interacting with our audience and fostering community growth. Analyse and Optimise Performance : Track social media metrics and recommend strategies to enhance engagement, reach, and overall performance. What You Bring to the Role Experience : 1-2 years in social media management or coordination, preferably within the hospitality or creative industries. Creativity & Attention to Detail : A strong eye for visuals and the ability to produce content that captivates and engages. Organisational Skills : Ability to manage multiple venues and schedules while meeting deadlines. Collaboration Skills : Confidence to liaise with internal teams, external creatives, and venue managers effectively. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Instagram Insights, and basic video editing software.
