Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Partnership Manager to develop, manage, and grow our network of referral partners. This role involves identifying strategic partners, fostering strong relationships, and driving new business opportunities through referrals. The ideal candidate will have a background in business development, sales, or partnership management within financial services.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategy to attract and onboard new referral partners, including accountants, financial advisors, real estate agents, and business consultants.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring engagement and continued business growth.Educate partners on Broc Finance's services and offerings, ensuring they understand the value we bring to their clients.Monitor partner performance and implement initiatives to increase referral volumes.Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and events to attract potential partners.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the commercial finance market.Maintain accurate records of partnership activities, referrals, and conversion rates using CRM tools.Represent Broc Finance at networking events, conferences, and industry forums to expand our partnership base.Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in financial services or commercial lending.Strong understanding of commercial finance products and lending solutions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Flexible working arrangements.Supportive and collaborative work environment.If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for building strong partnerships and driving business growth, we would love to hear from you!
