- About The Role
Thrive has an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong interest in early education and who is ready to start their career in the sector.
This traineeship will see you join a supportive team and be part of a dynamic early learning group that is renowned for its passion and investment in their people.
- Your role as a Trainee
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
- Actively contribute to the educational program, observations and documentation using informal opportunities to communicate regularly about children's progress to families
- Provide assistance to other Educators in the room
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
- Maintain effective communication with parents
- Prepare the children's play and learning materials for the day's experiences.
- Guide children through daily routines and rituals. Be part of the experience as children explore their environment
- Have genuine interest in a long-term career in the Early Childhood Education sector
- Have the ability to commit to a 12-18 month traineeship program
- Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
