Digital Product Manager Role The Digital Product Manager oversees the entire lifecycle of a digital product, from inception to launch, and continues to support the digital product through enhancements and new features or functionality.

Responsibilities include product management, performance analysis, and scorecarding of assigned Consumer or Business Products. Major areas of responsibility are :

Core Product Management : creating and managing the product set, including development, enhancement, maintenance, and planning / portfolio management. Applied Product Management : collaborating with stakeholders to bring products to market, including pricing, marketing, distribution, forecasting, and reporting, while ensuring compliance. This role will also be instrumental in advancing conversational AI initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities Advance conversational AI initiatives to enhance omnichannel customer experience. Develop and maintain the digital product roadmap, prioritizing features and epics. Focus on product vision, business objectives, and market trends, understanding key customer needs. Develop business cases for products in partnership with lines of business. Act as platform expert, identifying customer needs for products and features. Coordinate with delivery and engagement teams to align releases and manage change. Participate in vendor roadmap discussions. Position products for optimal adoption and ongoing value creation. Minimum Requirements Education : Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or IT, or equivalent experience (Required). Master's Degree in related fields (Preferred). Experience : 8-10 years in Product Management (Required). 6-8 years solving impactful, broad business problems with innovative solutions (Required). 4-7 years in Scrum Agile Methodology (Preferred).
