The Heart of the Role : Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment Deliver qualitychairsideassistance to our Dentists Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records Handling payments Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management What you'll bring : Experience working at a local Australian Dental practice highly regarded Passionate about customer service / patient care Organised with attention to detail A proven track record of punctuality and reliability Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner Why Bupa Dental Care : Reward and recognition programs Well designed and fitted out practices with the latest equipment / technology for great patient care and experience Networking opportunities across the business and with peers - over 140 practices Australia wide!
