Job descriptionFull end-to-end claims management maintaining a mixed claims portfolio, heavily physical claims Be client facing and involved in tender processes whilst working in a relationship management manner portfolio of claims Support the team with training and further enhance your skills and expertise in this sector Encourage successful RTW whilst gain support from Injury Management Advisors / Return to Work & Technical Specialists when needed whilst reporting to an experienced leader. You will be at least an Experienced Senior Case Manager with 3 + years of experience in end to end claims management You will be truly passionate about delivering superb customer experiences and enjoy working towards outcomes with a genuine, caring nature that puts customers at the heart of what you do You enjoy stepping up and supporting others with mentoring and coaching and are a true team player You have an eye for improving processes and working collaboratively with technical support, leaders and business operations or call
