Your role Key responsibilities are as follows :

Collaborate with partners to deliver tailored health programs. Engage in hands-on physiotherapy to improve employee health. Participate in operational projects to expand skills beyond clinical work. Work with a team of experienced Workplace Physiotherapists. About you Ideal candidates will have :

A passion for evidence-based musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Strong communication skills to build rapport and deliver exceptional service. Sound clinical reasoning for effective outcomes. Willingness to travel regularly across Australia and New Zealand. A drive for growth, innovation, and continuous learning. Compensation & benefits Receive a competitive base salary of AUD 70,000 - AUD 90,000 OTE, a vehicle, training allowances, wellness and telecommunications support, and paid AHPRA registration and insurance. Performance bonuses are available post-probation.
