About the roleAscot Group is seeking experienced Site Supervisors to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards while also working hands-on on the tools. This is a full-time position based in Greater Adelaide.

What you'll be doingSupervising and coordinating the work of construction teams, including tradespeople and labourersOverseeing the proper use of tools, equipment, and materialsMonitoring progress and adjusting work schedules and plans as neededHands-on carpentryProviding support and guidance to the construction teamLiaising with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to address issuesEnsuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsMaintaining detailed project records and documentationWhat we're looking forExtensive experience (5+ years) as a Site Supervisor in constructionMinimum Cert III in Carpentry or equivalentStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipmentProficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specificationsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to safety and quality standardsAbility to work independently and in a teamWhat we offerAt Ascot Group, we provide a supportive and rewarding environment.
