Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead and elevate our global marketing efforts. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the skincare industry, a passion for brand development, and a proven track record in driving growth through innovative marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Alpha-H's brand vision and business objectives.
• Brand Development : Enhance and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all channels, ensuring alignment with our core values and target audience.
• Campaign Management : Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, email, influencer partnerships, and events.
• Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
• Budget Oversight : Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Collaboration : Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all touchpoints.
• Performance Metrics : Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
