After years of spearheading digital campaigns for wine and food brands, we're going deeper with our specialist expertise and are looking for a digital marketing executive who focuses on email marketing, e-commerce and digital performance.
Email marketing experience is core to this role, driving revenue and ensuring consumer interactions are optimised for brands.
You'll work with multiple clients (mostly wineries) simultaneously, and your skills will be essential to driving email marketing results and website strategies.
You'll also help with skill development through training and guide broader digital initiatives.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
Managing email campaigns for clients, with a focus on Klaviyo platform – developing segmented campaigns, automations, relevant triggers to ensure that email continues to drive strong results for clients Monthly performance reporting across digital platforms – aligning results and reporting business deliverables.
Conduct website performance audits to suggest enhancements to the digital footprints of clients as part of website audit services.
Set up performance metrics, track and review all digital and direct marketing campaigns to ensure ROI delivery, and help identify trends that inform clients' decision-making.
Maintain blogs on customer websites, ensuring strong SEO outcomes Help drive new website projects and upgrades Lead, facilitate and manage the formulation of digital campaigns to deliver on clients' digital marketing objectives and e-commerce revenue targets.
Help develop training programs for client seminars on utilising digital and social media platforms effectively to drive business results.
The ideal person will have : 3-5 year's experience in a similar digital marketing role Hands-on experience with email marketing, preferably Klaviyo certified.
Confident setting up tags, segments, flows, campaigns, and A / B tests in Klaviyo Deep understanding of websites, ability to use GA4 and tracking Extensive experience working in an e-commerce environment to help drive website sales and conversions, mainly being hands-on and working with small business budgets Understanding of customer journeys and ability to drive engagement across different digital touchpoints.
Strong organisational, communication and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
The ability to take direction and work independently.
Great interpersonal skills, working effectively in a small team environment.
Results and performance-focused with analytical solid / numerical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently with the flexibility to change plans quickly Ability to identify proactive opportunities to enhance our clients' businesses and stay current with the latest social strategies and trends.
