Labourer

Our client, one of WA's largest waste management authorities, is seeking a number of Manual Labourers to assist their Environmental Team to care for and maintain the bushland and operational areas.

Requirement to start work next week (24th February to 4th April 2025 - Tuesday to Friday 8.00am -4pm daily)

Further shifts may become available

Must have own PPE - Long pants, high vis long sleeve shirt, steel capped boots, safety glasses and gloves.

Key Duties :

• Labouring duties using gardening tools
• Picking up litter in bushland and operational areas
• Weeding bushland and operational areas
• Liaising with customers in a professional manner

Essential Skills :

• An understanding of OSH requirements and workplace procedures
• Good customer services and communication skills
• Able to work outdoors in summer in adverse conditions
• Ability to work in a bushland environment
