You will support clients across a range of sectors - including Energy, Transport, Health, Construction, and Entertainment - on matters such as :

Enterprise bargaining and Fair Work Commission proceedingsRestructuring, outsourcing, and transfer of businessDisciplinary and performance management mattersWage remediation and "same job, same pay" complianceExecutive employment and dismissal disputesDiscrimination, harassment, and psychosocial safety obligationsYou will appear in tribunals and courts, while also contributing to strategic advisory work in high-impact matters.
