An opportunity has become available for two professional and motivated Patient Care Assistants to join our friendly and dedicated team on a casual basis. This role is based primarily at our Subiaco branch located within the St John of God hospital in the centrally located suburb of Subiaco, and will also work from our Hollywood and Murdoch branches as required.

Our Patient Care Assistants play an integral part in the team by providing a high standard of care for our patients in the areas of patient care, patient transfer and support to our technical staff. They are responsible for assisting with the transfer, transport and care of hospital in-patients to and from SKG and will be required to take on additional departmental tasks as directed.

• Previous experience in patient care

A Certificate III in Health Service Assistance / Health Support Services or similar will be an advantage.

• These positions are Casual.
• You will need to be available for shifts Monday through to Friday with participation in the weekend roster as required.
• Flexibility with hours is essential to this position.
